When your order is paced you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 7-10 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel. Please make sure you are certain of the product specifications.

We provide international delivery worldwide with an online tracking number and a signature confirmation to make sure you receive your package. Orders can be tracked through USPS: www.usps.com. The postage is $9.99
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) We will NOT refund shipping charges if USPS or FedEx fail to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.
TinyDrawer.com provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. Reach USPS HERE or call 1 (800) 222-1811 for domestic or international assistance. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but TinyDrawer.com does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.
Most of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
